This is the most common upgrade for the DHC-3 Otter. The long ardvark like nose adapts to the basic airframe beautifully. Current operators include K2 Aviation, Talkeetna Air Taxi, Harbor Air of Victoria, British Columbia, among many others.
All that is required is you have the Hobbycraft DHC-3 Otter kit, to convert. (if you don't have one in your collection, check with me, I might have one on hand)
