During the late 1920's and mid 1930's the Fairchild series were the 'bush' aircraft of choice. These rugged aircraft were manufactured at a plant in Montreal and could be configured with wheels, floats, or skis depending on the season. This is the first kit from Khee Kha Art Products ,it is also the first kit manufactured in Alaska. The kit's designer, and Khee Kha's owner, is Lars Opland who made his own drawings for the Model 71. Each kit provides the basic airframe in vac-formed styrene, with cast polyurethane resin engine details and clear windshield. Plans and diagrams are provided in the instruction booklets to aid in constructing accurate replicas of these classics. CHECK OUT THE ARTIC DECALS PAGE FOR DECAL SHEETS CUSTOM MADE FOR THIS KIT!
