You may have been wondering why we have been so quiet for so long but basically we have been waiting to get new patterns. Like London buses, you wait ages for one and then 2 come along at the same time! And so it is with our patterns - we now have the Spifire prototype AND the Spirit of St Loius, both in 1/32nd. The Spit is back with the pattern maker as it reqires a few small changes but below is the Ryan, a pattern that, at one time, I was convinced we would never see as it was about 14 months late.
There are a couple of small changes that need to be done, and obviously, some parts such as the wheels and engine cylinders, that need duplicating. The next stage is to get the test castings, etch and decals done so then we can get a finished picture to you. Also will email a picture of the Spitfire when we have it and soon as we have the first test castings, we will progress with the Speed Spitfire. The next pattern to be produced will be the Piaggio Pc7.
